TRACEA is a documentary infrastructure platform to record, organize, preserve, and export information linked to family case files and related proceedings.

• Manage case files with timeline, messages, incidents, expenses, and agreements.
• Store evidence with server-computed SHA-256 hashes and event traceability.
• Generate probatory exports (PDF, ZIP) with manifest and post-hoc verification mechanisms.
• Provide professional read and export access via Tracea Link and defined roles.
• Record compliance observations as documentary technical support (not legal rulings).
• Allow experts to review integrity, prepare drafts, and sign reports stored in the case file.

• TRACEA does not provide legal advice.
• TRACEA does not replace lawyers.
• TRACEA does not replace expert witnesses.
• TRACEA does not replace courts.
• TRACEA does not determine facts.
• TRACEA does not determine liability.
• TRACEA does not guarantee judicial outcomes.
• TRACEA does not certify the original truthfulness of external content (WhatsApp, email, SMS, etc.) before incorporation.
• TRACEA does not delete probatory evidence by default when account erasure is requested if retention is classified as non-deletable.

Users are responsible for credential confidentiality and for content they add to the case file.

Professional access is subject to invitation, role, and revocation per the product permissions matrix.

Registration may require acceptance of Terms and Privacy version (`LegalAcceptance`), recorded with timestamp and technical identifiers.

TRACEA may incorporate, in certain modalities and subject to applicable law, call recording, transcription, and expanded documentary communication logging.

These features are not available in code deployed as of this version.
